What a party that was!.And like all good parties, the house is a mess, and we’re all very tired today.
Our 49 Shades green beer went down a treat both here and at Fionns, Grant Park, where it was also on tap. Naturally coloured with buckets of spinach and wheatgrass, it was the result of a dare we made to ourselves last year. After thinking about it for ages, we chatted with Steve and Colin at Devil May Care and came up with this American Pale Ale recipe that we figured we could successfully colour.
Thanks to Munton’s for their generous gifts of Brewery in a Bag that we gave to contestants of the Learn to Irish Dance competition. And thanks to the O’Connell Dancers for their patience!
And thanks to Leopold’s on Osborne who poured us pint after pint and served our tired and hungry crew some fabulous poutine at 1am! Although we would have killed for schnitzel!
