In the US of A, Black Friday is a monument to over-consumption. In Winnipeg, it’s consumption of another kind – stout. Stoutmas is almost here. Opening at Noon on Friday, we shall be releasing our 4 pack of Stout. Two of each from ourselves and Devil May Care Brewing. A limited release of only 500 4-packs, they’re sure to sell quickly.
Devil May Care’s bringing “We’re All Mad Here” a robust 7% Export Stout packed with intense raspberries against a backdrop of luxurious dark chocolate. We’ve produced a wonderful Amaretto Cheesecake Stout, 8.75% of decadence.
There will also be not one, but two casks. Playing on the beer releases, the brewers added some special ingredients, so think of the flight potential.
Loaf and Honey Popup
These wonderful folks will be serving food from 4pm.
Serving mac and cheese with their cheese Prairie Tradition and made with our Redhanded. Topping options will include chilli, roasted brussel sprouts, and beer soaked mushrooms.
Pretzels made with our Samhain Smoked Porter with choice of two mustard dips, one made with the Samhain, and the opther with Onkel Georg.
