Is your goose getting fat?

It’s almost December, less than a month to Christmas. Sorry about that but really where has the year gone. Hell, where has fall gone. It only seems like yesterday where we could get sunburned on the patio drinking radlers.

There are beer changes coming to the menu. Samhain will be gone soon, limited cans in the taproom, even less kegs. Nocturne will be gone for a while, taking a holiday in the sun, its hoping for Mexico, but will be lucky to get Kenora. In fairness, it was intended as a one-off brew but its been on since we opened. And there’s not much left of Foynes, our Irish Coffee Stout either… So a visit may be in order, if these were on your favs list.

What’s new so? Well if you’ve had your head in the sand, Marcellus, our Peanut Butter Stout (Peabut for short) is proving very popular both here and at The Common at the Forks. Nollaig, our annual (yes annual, it IS its second year) Christmas beer will be out December 1 on tap at the brewery and in cans!

Also coming in cans very soon,in time for your Christmas beer run, is Kaiser Bill, and Redhanded!

And the title?
Christmas is coming, the goose is getting fat, please put a penny in the old man’s hat…. So if you’ve left it too late to book a spot for your Christmas get together, your goose isn’t completely cooked, get in touch and maybe we can help!
