On Sunday, May 6th, Stone Angel Brewing Co. and Smith Restaurant will team up for a 5-course dinner in their Solstice Room.
The dinner will showcase beer from Stone Angel Brewing paired with dishes created by Executive Chef Barry Saunders and Chef de Cuisine Quinlan Cook. The menu and pairings will be announced in the coming weeks!
We are super excited about this opportunity to showcase our beers down at The Forks, and especially with the good folks at Smith. This will prove to be a lovely evening, and you can chill with some excellent other local beers in their lounge pre-dinner.
